Welcome to the Fundamentals of Customer Engagement Programme.  This is a customised certification that is designed for persons who are desirous of developing the knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary to conduct inbound and outbound customer engagement in a customer engagement environment. This includes: applying language and communication skills, communicating effectively in a customer engagement centre, working effectively with customers and others, developing keyboarding skills and operating a personal computer. The programme provides broad-based preparation for employment, enhanced employability and higher earning potential. It also provides a basis for matriculation and articulation.
